Any agreements, contracts, or arrangements made between the two parties are independent of HomAid.
  • 3. Payment Responsibility: HomAid does not assume any responsibility for payments between business service providers and customers. It is the sole responsibility of both parties to settle payment terms, rates, and any related financial transactions directly between themselves. HomAid is not liable for any disputes, delays, or discrepancies in payments.
  • 4. Service Quality and Deliverables: Business service providers are responsible for delivering services of the agreed-upon quality and within the specified timeframe. Any disputes regarding the quality or delivery of services should be resolved directly between the service provider and the hirer.
