Terms And Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Individual Service Providers

  • 1. Legal Working Rights: By registering on the HomAid website, you confirm and declare that you have legal working rights in Australia. Providing any false information regarding your working rights may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.
  • 2. HomAid: HomAid serves solely as a platform to connect service providers with potential hirers. We act as a mediator to facilitate the introduction between service providers and hirers. However, HomAid does not participate in or have any control over the terms and conditions agreed upon between the service provider and the hirer. Any agreements, contracts, or arrangements made between the two parties are independent of HomAid.
  • 3. Payment Responsibility: HomAid does not assume any responsibility for payments between service providers and hirers. It is the sole responsibility of both parties to settle payment terms, rates, and any related financial transactions directly between themselves. HomAid is not liable for any disputes, delays, or discrepancies in payments.
  • 4. Injury Responsibility: HomAid does not take any responsibility for any injury or harm caused to service providers during their work with a hirer. Service providers are solely responsible for their own safety and well-being while performing services for hirers.
  • 5. Accuracy of Information: Service providers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their profile information on the HomAid website. This includes personal details, qualifications, experience, and any other relevant information. Providing misleading or false information may result in account suspension or termination.
  • 6. Conduct and Professionalism: Service providers are expected to always conduct themselves professionally and ethically when using the HomAid platform. This includes respecting hirers, adhering to agreed-upon terms and conditions, and delivering services with diligence and integrity.
  • 7. Compliance with Laws: Service providers must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to employment laws, tax obligations, and industry standards. HomAid reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action in cases of non-compliance.
  • 8. Modification of Terms: HomAid reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Service providers are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms to stay informed of any changes.

By registering as a service provider on the HomAid website, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
